Kristin's Crockpot BBQ Chicken

I first had this chicken while visiting Kristin this past summer. I've made it several times for Granny and me since then and we LOVE it! Granny always forgets that it's just a little spicy until she takes that first bite. Kristin serves hers on a toasted wheat roll with a very special coleslaw recipe (the Colonel's). It's great on it's own, too! Pair it with Kristin's Macaroni and Cheese recipe posted earlier for a perfect Sunday lunch.

4-5 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (optional)

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook chicken on high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken with a fork and mix well with sauce. Serve on toasted rolls with coleslaw.
